Profile

 

Director, Tiffany House, is a resourceful HR and Recruitment Consultant with over 15 years' experience in recruitment and selection, generalist HR and career consulting. Tiffany enjoys playing an instrumental role in maximising the recruitment and development practices of an organisation. Her expertise lies in the ability to work closely with individuals, groups and corporations by understanding their 'culture' and personnel needs thus delivering the correct candidate(s) for placement.

Prior to establishing InHouseHR in 2006, she worked across a variety of agency and in-house recruitment environments most recently as the Divisional Manager of a boutique recruitment consulting company in Sydney. Her previous 'on-site' project experience has also provided a strong understanding as to how large organisations operate. Thus understanding translates into a strong emphasis on candidate care management.

Tiffany has also worked in advertising communications specialising in the management consulting and HR sectors. An Associate of the Career Development Association of Australia (SA), she's currently based in Adelaide consulting in career management, HR and recruitment related projects.
